A sampling of PPP's first two dives with the new 80 watt Keldan Luna 8 LA-V CRI lights. Footage was taken over two dives on the morning of December 30, 2011. The wreck is the former bait seiner "A.C.E." which capsized in high seas on November 26 2005. The crew were lucky to escape with their lives. Lost for four years, the location of the wreck was discovered in 2010.
Our dive boat was the Riviera out of Dana Point. We were met with visibility that proved challenging for filming- but that's hardly news here in California. Only 3 shots received any color correction; the rest were left alone to give an accurate picture of the color performance of the lights. White balance on the camera was left on auto for these dives. The Camera used is the Canon HF-G10 in a Light and Motion Bluefin housing. The music is "Field of Dreams" by Mary Ellen Kirk.
