GoPro Hero 2 1080p에서 3가지 화각 (Wide, Medium, Narrow)으로 촬영해서 300% 확대한 영상입니다.

오늘 날씨가 어두워서 노이즈는 좀 많은편입니다.

실제 결과는 좁은 화각일 수록 화질이 좋지 않은데 특히 노이즈가 확대되어 보이는 듯 합니다.

저는 동일 화상에서 모드에 따라 화면이 크롭되는 것이라고 생각해서 당연히 narrow에서는 화질 저하가 있겠다라고 판단했는데 고프로측 FAQ를 보면 화질 저하는 없다고 되어 있네요.

1. Does HD HERO2 have a zoom function?

• The HD HERO2 does not have a zoom function. However, by changing the field of view in 1080p (going from 170º Wide to 127º Medium or 90º Narrow) you shorten the focal distance, effectively “zooming in” the camera. This is also the case when choosing the 8MP photo mode or the Medium FOV 5MP photo mode. Think of this as having 3 fixed lenses in one (Wide, Medium, Narrow). This is not similar to a digital zoom, which reduces image quality. There is no loss in image quality when switching between Wide, Medium and Narrow field of views.
